COMPANY’S REGULATIONS: Disregard of the following will forfeit membership.

Tuition Fee per class: Swimming – $18.50 (Price can vary with location).

All payments are to be paid in full at the beginning of each semester and once paid it becomes NON- REFUNDABLE.

Classes and Sessions: There are eight classes per semester. On the 8th day of class, there will be an evaluation based on what the student learned during the semester. Parents are not allowed on Deck. If you need to attend to your child please seek the permission of the Manager/or the lifeguard of your intent. YOU are not allowed to lean over/chat/assist your child whilst they are in their class. Please note, our intent is to present the safest environment for your child and the least amount of distraction your child can have, would make life easier for all.

If you want to use the lockers you are advised to walk with your own lock and key. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items whilst attending the swimming classes as a student or as a spectator. Whilst changing your clothes you are advised to cover up with a towel or use the locker changing station. No indecent exposure would be tolerated. Women are not allowed in the “Men’s” locker room to change your child’s clothes and vice versa.

Please note: All payments are final and non-refundable and or transferrable (to other family member). All make-ups must be done during the semester as it is non-transferrable to another semester.

If you decide to cancel after taking classes or after the starting date, there will be no refund given.

A schedule of set days will be available at the beginning of a session, these dates and times are however subjected to changes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such instance a makeup or class extension may become necessary. The member would be informed accordingly.

All members are expected to be on time, and dressed in appropriate clothes for their respective sport. Caps and goggles are mandatory for all swimming students. All members are allowed one makeup per semester which must be done within the present semester. No makeup would be done on the first day of class in the semester or on testing day.

Site Rules: Kingdom Dynamics Sports’ Inc. and New City Gateway Community Inc. are not liable for any accidents or injuries to any members, in or around the facility. Please secure all personal belongings, as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. No Running, Food or Shoes allowed on deck of the swimming pool. New City Gateway Community Inc. & Kingdom Dynamic Sports’ Inc. has the right to refuse any member for disorderly conduct towards the staff or other members. .Our staff is not responsible for carrying any member to the bathroom, this responsibility lies solely on the parent/person bringing student(s) to swim. Male bathroom is for Males only and vice-versa.
